Great gym. A bit out of the way but worth it. Normal price is 140b but they currently doing 120b daily entry. Plenty of equipment and relatively in good condition. My only negative note is clientele never unrack the weights of machines / equipment. Once they finish they just move on and dumbbells aren’t order of weights. Took a bit of time trying to find the actual weights. Other than that, I would go back next time I’m in Bangkok.

The gym is located in a eerie dying mall on the 5th floor in the deep corner. The mall opens at 11AM and closes at 7PM (gym hours different) but you can enter or leave in the underground parking lot. It's important to ignore all the past photos before 2024. Take a look at my newest ones where you'll see an outline of what it use to be. Those who went here for awhile know before it was spacious, large and airy where nobody gets in the way of your workout but now it feels like 3x the traffic where machines are usually taken and people can get in your way. Also, less space for more machines or exercising in general. Unfortunately, Fitwhey gym Show DC is definitely above average at best now. I hope they move to a different place as the brand is good but the location is poor because of opening/closing hours, reduction of size and hassle of getting to and inside of the gym. Overall, it's still a good place compared to the competition as it has new machines and great pricing so I suggest checking it out. Tip: Best time is 11:00 to 13:00 but 13:00 to 15:00 is ok.

This gym was one of the best I've been to and definitely the best in Bangkok. I did a full month here. The equipment have a great feel. The gym is clean and I love the air conditioner that keeps me cool. The price is freaking great for the quality. The mall is kind of empty, so when this mall becomes popular in a few years, I'm sure the gym price will increase a lot as well. But for now, the gym price is one of the best I've come across in Bangkok.

Great gym, really good price with everything you could possibly need to lift. Not too busy despite opening at 10am. They’ve got a great idea for access too, they use bracelets with RFID so easy to keep on you at all times. Finally a note for newbies, the gym opens before the mall so you have to go through the underground parking lot to get to the elevator that takes you up to the gym if you come before 11. There’s signs directing you where to go, but you wouldn’t think to check the underground parking lot if it was your first time.

Nowadays gym is too cold. staff turn on the AC and doesnt care after that so most of the time so cold inside. People who work out are normally sweating a lot so end of the working out, really be chilled... these days i got sick everytime because of strong AC here They should check the inside temp and should set up to right temp... I will change the gym next year. i dont want to get a cold all the time.

Absolutely awesome gym. Two benches, four squat racks, and two dead lift platforms. Plenty of free weights. Even during busy periods you generally don't need to wait long for anything. Staff and other gym customers are usually very helpful and friendly. Oh, and excellent price compared to other gyms. Only complaint is the location is a bit difficult to get to by public transportation.

Good price, place and equipment. Daily visit 150 bht; Have three days free trial, take your local driver license or foreign passport. Very professional staff, and a lot of beautiful peoples around. 5 Floor in Show DC mall. Not have locks, take your own. Recommend.
